Pump Valve Jacket is an ingredient used on an Oil Rig, or a Kerosene Newcomen Pump. It can be combined with a Steel Pipe to get a Pump Valve, or made into Wick Housing.

Fire a Steel Ingot at a Firing Forge using Wooden Tongs, then, while still hot, use on a Firing Newcomen Roller. After 10 seconds, the Steel Rod can be picked up. Use on a Firing Newcomen Bore to craft a Steel Pipe, then use again on the bore to get the Pump Valve Jacket. Using again on the bore will craft a Wick Housing.
