Fire a Steel Ingot at a Firing Forge using Wooden Tongs, then, while still hot, use on a Firing Newcomen Roller. After 10 seconds, the Steel Rod can be picked up. Use on a Firing Newcomen Bore to get a Steel Pipe. Use on a Firing Newcomen Lathe to finish the Fuel Nozzle Body.
