Cooking in One Hour One Life refers to the preparation of food items, including the use of an oven for baking, the use of Hot Flat Rock, Hot Coals, or Clay Crock.

Skewered Rabbit

Raw meat needs to be cooked on hot coals or in an oven. Skinned Rabbits, Goose and Arctic Char need to be cooked on hot coals using a skewer. If they are cooked on a fire they will get burned and become inedible. Where as raw mutton has to be cooked in a hot oven. Rabbit and mutton can also be cooked into pies. Pork can currently only be cooked into tacos, or fed to puppies as carnitas.

Cooking on Hot Coals is the most basic form of cooking. It is used to cook Cleaned Shrimp, Skinned Rabbits, Plucked Goose and Arctic Char, which need to be cooked on a skewer to get Cooked Shrimp, Cooked Rabbit, Cooked Goose and Cooked Fish respectively. If they are cooked on a fire they will get burned and become inedible.
