Wool Felt is a material used to make Top Hat and Bowler Hat.

Crafting

Wool Felt is made by using a Bone Needle (without Thread) on a piece of Fleece.

• A Bowler Hat is made by sewing one piece of wool felt with a Needle and Thread.
• A Top Hat is made by sewing two pieces of wool felt with a Needle and Thread.
