Gold Ingots are a smithing ingredient used to craft crowns, bells and Oddity. Hitting a gold ingot with a Smithing Hammer will make Crown Blank. Placing Two Gold Ingots together and hitting with a smithing hammer will make Tower Bell. Three Gold Ingots can also be placed on a Monolith.
Crowns can be returned to gold ingots by hitting with a smithing hammer.

- Gold flakes can be mined from a gold vein (found in the snow biome) using a pickaxe. These can then be collected using a clay bowl.
- Fire the Bowl of Gold Flakes using Wooden Tongs at a firing forge.
- Attempting to pick up the Bowl with Gold Ingot with bare hands will pull out the Gold Ingot.
